  There are only weeks left to get the support from Congress on HR2733. As you know, if this bill does not pass it will mean the end of fixed indexed annuity sales for all of us. For many of us, this will mean the end our businesses as we know them today.

It is critical that you take the following steps to help STOP 151a:
1) Write to the representatives in your district- Use sample letters from the following site: http://www.sec151a.com/representative.asp BUT be sure to customize at least the first paragraph of the letter to express how you, your family and your business would be affected by Rule 151a.

2) Go personally to your representative's local office & drop your letter off to one of his or her staff members.

3) Ask your family, friends & employees to all write letters & make a personal appearance in your representative's local office. An even greater effect would be to go as a group. For example, your office staff or co-workers could car-pool together to drop their individual letters.
 

As a much less effective alternative, if you are not within driving distance (or cannot delegate one driver to take all of the letters that you can collect), you could fax the letters into your representative's local office.

IMAGINE if every agent in your county, their staff & their family members all walked into your representative's local office with a letter, encouraging him or her to support our bill...OUR VOICES WOULD BE HEARD!!
